Out of respect for subsequent guests, please understand that if you are late, this time will be deducted from your treatment time.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments which are not cancelled in time, or are missed, will be charged in full - this also applies to illness, Covid-19 infection and quarantine. The same conditions apply to appointments booked using vouchers or Day Spa bookings.
We recommend that you lock away your valuables in your hotel room or in one of the changing-room lockers.
