GETTING HERE

By car

  • From the east: take the A1 to Linz, continue on the A8 towards Passau then take the exit for Ort im Innkreis.
  • From the west: from the A1, take the exit for Salzburg Nord, then the B147 towards Mattighofen, then after Mattighofen follow the B142 towards Geinberg via Altheim.
  • From the west (option 1): from Munich, head to Landshut (A92) via Deggendorf (A3), then to Passau and cross the Germany-Austria border (A8). Take the Ort im Innkreis exit and follow signs to the resort (approx 16 km).
  • From the west (option 2): from Munich, via A94 / B12 via Mühldorf / Inn towards Passau, at the end of the motorway take the exit Marktl B12 towards Simbach/Braunau border crossing, follow border towards Altheim, pass through Altheim, follow signs for approx. 5 km.
  • From the North (Central / North Germany): via A3 motorway Nürnberg-Regensburg-Passau-Linz (A8), after crossing the Germany-Austria border take the Ort im Innkreis exit, follow the signs (approx. 16 km).
  • Toll-free: via A3 motorway to Nürnberg-Regensburg-Passau (shortly before the Germany-Austria border) take the Pocking exit via Bad Füssing to the border crossing at Obernberg, then follow the signs (approx. 10 km).

Charging point

For an environmentally friendly journey by electric car, you have free use of our spa garage charging points (Schuko 230V or CEE 230V).

By train

Geinberg is easily accessible by train, with several connections per day. From the train station, it takes approximately twelve minutes to walk to the public spa. As a hotel guest, we will happily collect you free of charge from the train station.

Disabled access by train

Please note that disabled access at the Ried im Innkreis and Braunau im Innkreis stations cannot be guaranteed. The Geinberg stop also has only limited wheelchair access: disabled access is only possible if you select a low-floored train when planning your journey. Please note that when you are travelling here, you will need to change at an interchange such as Wells Central station or Linz Central station.
