Once again, we have come up with lots of highlights for the new culinary calendar. In addition to star guest chef Sascha Kemmerer and oil connoisseur Heinrich Zehetner, caviar-lovers will also get a look in. A Christmas cookery class with Peter Reithmayr is also included in the programme, as is an exclusive 8-course New Year's Eve gala dinner.

Together with the Upper Austrian Alpine caviar expert Helmut Schlader and Peter Reithmayr and his team, you will sample caviar and then enjoy it afterwards as part of the menu. Apéritif and caviar tasting (3 varieties) in the wine cellar.
5-course evening menu, including caviar and wines, €125 per person
Kick-off the last night of 2018 with champagne & oysters. Live jazz music will accompany you as you enjoy your 8-course gala dinner in AQARIUM. You won’t only experience "culinary fireworks", but also a spectacle of lights on the beautiful terrace at midnight. Afterwards we will have another culinary surprise waiting to wow you. Welcome in the new year with us!
