In addition to star guest chef Sascha Kemmerer and oil connoisseur Heinrich Zehetner, caviar-lovers will also get a look in. A Christmas cookery class with Peter Reithmayr is also included in the programme, as is an exclusive 8-course New Year's Eve gala dinner.

Once again this year, our 2-toque chef Peter Reithmayr and his team will be demonstrating their skills at the Gault&Millau Gourmet Fair in Vienna. A further 100 national and international toque-winning chefs and 50 winemakers will be present at the Kursalon.
International olive oil expert Heinrich Zehetner, awarded the “Olive Oil Oscar”, and toque-winning chef Peter Reithmayr will complement this 5-course menu with the perfect, high-quality oils by Veronelli. Learn from a unique experience with the world-renowned oil connoisseur Heinrich Zehetner.

Kick-off the last night of 2018 with champagne & oysters. Live jazz music will accompany you as you enjoy your 8-course gala dinner in AQARIUM. You won’t only experience "culinary fireworks", but also a spectacle of lights on the beautiful terrace at midnight. Afterwards we will have another culinary surprise waiting to wow you.
