Every year, the RELAX Guide reviews the entire range of hotels in Austria in the four categories of wellness, spas, health and beauty. All the hotels are independently and critically assessed by anonymous testers. Since ancient times the lily has been a symbol of purity, but also of renewal. In the RELAX guide it represents the rating given by our testers, similar to the chef’s toque awarded in gastronomy.
The award of one Lily rates the service at the 4*S Vitalhotel as “very good” – a great honour, as only around a fifth of the 1000 hotels tested receive a Lily award.
