Day 1, Thursday

• 3.30 - 4.00 p.m.: Get-together at the SPA Bar
  Welcome and Namaste! We can officially welcome you to the start of your Balance & Yoga Retreat at the SPA Bar in the Oriental World to get to know each other. Together with you we toast to a relaxing weekend and go through the course of the next few days together. You are welcome to appear in comfortable clothing for the subsequent hypnosis unit.
• 4.00 - 5.00 p.m.: Hypnosis & its applications with practice in the Zen Garden Room
  Sonja Bruckner works as a psychosocial counselor, coach and hypnotist in her private practice in Linz. During the retreat, she will introduce the participants to the method of hypnosis. Find out the background and experience this effective tool for yourself.
• 5.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.: Dinner in the hotel restaurant
  In the beautiful ambience of the hotel restaurant you will experience Austrian hospitality and get to know the yoga retreat participants. The culinary offer ranges from regional delicacies to exotic delicacies, creative and always reinterpreted.

Day 2, Friday

• 8.30 a.m. - 9.45 a.m.: Breathe deeply & meditate with Evelyne in the Zen Garden Room
  Through light breathing exercises, pranayama techniques in combination with gentle movements and guided meditations, the mind comes to rest and you can experience deep inner peace. Go into yourself with this meditation and connect with your innermost being. Please come in comfortable yoga clothing. You will find your yoga mat on site.
• 12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. (group 1) or 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. (group 2): Dream trip in 1001 Nights in the salt grotto in the relaxation oasis in the 4*S hotel
  Experience a relaxing sound journey with a very special flair. A wonderful place of relaxation awaits you in our salt grotto. The pure salt air has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, bronchi and the organism. A starry sky in the salt grotto creates a feel-good atmosphere that invites you to dream. The sound journey unites body and mind and ensures complete relaxation.
• 12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. (group 2) or 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. (group 1): Purification ritual in the Oriental World
  Our Oriental World with hammam enchants all senses. Inspired by the scents of the Orient, you will find the ideal retreat here to calm down and enjoy the Turkish cleansing ritual wrapped in a pestemal cloth. We will give you your rental pestemal cloth as well as your peeling glove and your soap, which you can then take home with you.
• 5.00 p.m. - 6.20 p.m.: Hatha Yoga with Rita in the Zen Garden Room
  Hatha yoga is a form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought through physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. The ideal practice to find your inner center with targeted exercises.

Day 3, Saturday

• 8.30 a.m. - 9.30 a.m.: Heart Opening Yoga with Lisa in the Zen Garden Room
  Bring love into your life and pay attention to your heart. Through targeted yoga techniques you can feel and feel more again. Open up to more energy and joie de vivre.
• 3.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.: Yin Yoga with Evelyne in the Zen Garden Room
  Yin Yoga is a gentle, mindful and slow style of yoga. The individual asanas are held for a longer period of time (at least 2 minutes), supported by various aids (cushions and blankets). You experience deep inner peace and come into a meditative, clear state of mind. Go on a guided journey to your own personal Sankalpa (heart's desire) and let yourself be surprised.
• 5.30 p.m. - 5.50 p.m.: Crystal singing bowl infusion in the Caribbean sauna world (Dominica sauna)
  The singing bowls are made of melted mountain crystals and touch you with very intense, spherical sounds. This infusion is carried out exclusively for you by our sauna coach. Meeting point is directly in the Dominica sauna.

Day 4, Sunday

• 8.00 a.m. - 8.50 a.m.: Aqua yoga with Katja in the outdoor pool of the Caribbean sauna world
  This trend originally comes from India and is fully adapted to the peculiarities of the element water. The unit includes exercises and breathing techniques to help the body and mind relax and to support the body's self-healing. This morning routine guarantees an active and positive start to your last day of the Balance & Yoga Retreat.
